01 How do credits work?
Credits 1 credit = 1 image analysis. When you click Process, the extension sends your image to our AI, which returns a title, keywords, category, and metadata — then fills them into the platform's form. Video analysis costs 3 credits (5-frame multi-modal extraction). Purchased and earned credits never expire and carry over between sessions. Friends must sign up within 30 days of clicking your referral link. You can check your balance anytime in the extension popup.
02 Which platforms are supported?
Platforms Currently supported: Adobe Stock (batch), Shutterstock (batch), Zedge (single), Displate (single), and TeePublic (single). Each platform has its own AI prompt tuned to that marketplace's search algorithm, category taxonomy, and keyword rules. The extension auto-detects which site you're on and adapts accordingly. More platforms are in development.
03 The extension isn't filling my forms. What's wrong?
Extension Most form-filling issues resolve with these steps: 1. Refresh the upload page completely (Ctrl+R). 2. Make sure you're on a supported platform's upload/submission page — the extension popup should show a green "Detected" badge. 3. Check that your images have fully loaded before clicking Process. 4. If the platform recently updated its UI, the extension may need an update — check the Chrome Web Store for a newer version. If the issue persists, email us with a screenshot of the extension popup and the platform you're using.
04 What happens if processing fails mid-batch?
Credits You won't lose credits on failures. Credits are only charged when the AI successfully returns metadata. If a request fails (network error, API timeout, platform issue), no credit is deducted. The extension will show which images were processed and which were skipped. You can safely retry the skipped ones — re-processing the same image on the same platform doesn't double-charge thanks to idempotency checks.
05 Are my images stored or used for training?
Extension No. Your images are sent to OpenAI's Vision API for analysis and discarded immediately after. We don't store, cache, or retain any image data on our servers. The only data we store is your generated metadata (title, keywords, category) as a job record so you can verify credit usage. Your images never leave the API request-response cycle. 06 How do I buy more credits?
Billing Click the Buy button in the extension popup. You'll see three credit packs: Small (300 credits / $4.99), Standard (1,000 credits / $10.99), and Pro (5,000 credits / $49.99). Monthly subscriptions are also available: Starter at $7.99/mo (750 credits) and Pro at $19.99/mo (2,500 credits). You can pay with credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other local payment methods. Credits are added to your balance instantly after payment.
07 Can I get a refund?
Billing If you're unsatisfied with a purchase, email contact@autokeyworder.com within 7 days of purchase. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Unused credits from the refunded purchase will be removed from your balance. Note that credits consumed before the refund request cannot be reversed.
